Anyway, I have to take two small pills daily and it's fine when I'm at home but I wanted something small and discreet I could use for when I'm out and about. You could also use this for vitamins or any supplements you take. The body screws together securely, and the lid section includes a keyring loop. The insert creates two compartments to keep pills separated. There is a slight lip to make it easier to remove the compartment. I have average man size fingers and I can remove it pretty easily.
