PillowBlock Open SCAD code cleanup...

This design (program) was and is a disaster ( early work before the master knew the 'module' way of method encapsulation to make it more readable an efficient...
I shall continue to work on it... except the code is so 'messy' that it could be easier to redo it!
At any rate it is already much better than the original state and should be used as base if sombody wants to expand on it
