Pills cutter

A pills/or anything small cutter using a standard 25mm cutter blade. Requires a 4mm axle (2 toothpicks are doing the job but for more sturdy assy use metallic axle) and a 4mm fixing screw (thread to be made in the foreseen hole). A new design should include different bases with different pills shape or blade positions (cuts in 1/3rd...).
