Pin Curling Tool

Pin curling tool for making perfect 3/4 inch diameter (2cm) pin curls. Super quick to print, my Creality Ender KE took only 25 mins. The tool itself works so well, game changer for neat pincurls.

Note: I don't know how well the tool would take to scaling as it requires the diameter of the inside of the handle to match the length of the comb section. Maybe i'll make a 1 inch variant at some point. Tip me and i'll make one haha.

To Assemble


While still warm take the comb part off the build plate and wrap around a flipchart marker or other cylindrical object to smoothly curl the plastic. Theres a little tab on one side of the comb that should overlap the other side of the comb.

Then place the rolled comb inside the handle tines first and push until the base of the comb is flush against the inner curve of the base of the handle.

Optional: use a 3d printing pen, hot tool or glue to fuse the base of the comb section to the handle. I find this isn't necessary and the friction and tens
