Pin hinge for 3D printer or other enclosure

I created this pin hinge with chamfer's and a beefy pin to increase it's strength. I thought that 3 would be required, but 2 have held up well with no sagging on a 24"x24"x0.177" acrylic door.
I printed these using ABS on a M2 Makergear. I fastened them with 10-24 button head screws (this is the size of the hole).
This won't work for EVERY application, but I was able to use them on both my 3D printer and CNC mill enclosures (white on printer, yellow on CNC).
