This model is a pin wheel that spins in the wind and when running with it instructions in description please like if it worked for you so more people can see it. This model is three parts the fan the pin and base 1 sand down base for less friction on fan 2 sand down hole for pin 3 put fan blade on and use pin to stop it from falling off.
