Pinch grip tool (TPU)

This is a 20mm tall and 46mm long TPU loop made to work on pinch grip. You can loop a strap between it and pinch to hold on. You can also work on finger adductors by pinching it between other fingers. You do not have to have weights either. As seen in my last picture you can pinch it with one hand and use a finger from the other hand to pull it. I am not sure how much it can hold, but I feel confident it is way more than most people would be able to hold with it. It is also thin and light enough to carry in a wallet or pocket so you can use it anywhere. If you need any tweaks let me know!
