A pineapple eye remover, for use with two X-ACTO blades.
Many people are not aware that the eyes of a pineapple are laid out in spirals, not randomly. This means that, with the proper tool, you can remove the skin and then quickly remove the eyes with minimal wasted food without needing to individually core out the eyes.
If you have access to a 3D printer though, why buy a custom tool for the job when you could print it instead?
As designed, the blades can be mounted using 2-56 screws or superglued into their recesses. You may notice there is a slight asymmetry in the design: this is to ensure a clean, complete cut at the appropriate depth.
