Simply print out the stand, insert the threaded inserts (M3) with a soldering iron into the two outer holes and screw through the actual frame.

I ordered 5V LED strips from eBay, cut them to length, glued them into the frame and soldered them with a USB connector that had been threaded through the middle opening.

I recommend printing the image a little larger (+ 1.0%) and then snapping it flush into the frame. Alternatively, a drop of superglue helps.
