Pipe/Conduit to Caster Adapter

An adapter to install stem-style casters into 1" (OD) pipe or conduit.

We have a whiteboard easel that we wanted the ability to roll around, so I created this adapter to install casters into the bottom part of the 1" pipe leg. These casters are leftovers from the cheap stackable plastic storage drawers. These could also be used to build a variety of wheeled carts, desk frames, etc. from conduit.

This adapter is tapered from 0.875" on the top to 0.914" on the base (OD) for a friction fit for our specific easel pipe's (ID). Rigid/EMT conduit is slightly larger (normally 1.04"-1.06" ID {or 1-1/16" to 1-1/32"}), so I would recommend measuring your stock & resizing the *.f3d if necessary. If you don't have the capability to do that, just message me and I would be happy to make the modifications & upload the resized option you need.
