Print booth the Wheel and the Plate 2 times.
The Wheel got a groove an the backside to add weight.
I coiled a string of solder in it and since i used ABS fused the parts togehter with Acetone.
Designed for a bearing with 22 mm outer and 8 mm inner diameter and a 7 mm thicknes.
