Pitchcar big floppy loop (my approximation of PitchCar: Extension 7 – The Loop)
It's taken a few versions to get to a loop that I'm reasonably happy should work without having to do too many fine adjustments each time you set it up. (first revision had to be clamped in place with bullclips at specific locations)
A fair amount of assembly/gluing required.
*IMPORTANT* As you are gluing together the top and bottom halves of the end track sections, print these first and test before going any further as any difference in your bed levelling from a default z axis offset will be in effect "doubled". glue together and compare with a typical track section to see if you get a flush surface transition across the gap. if too low or high can always adjust z axis offset or place playing cards underneath to level gaps up. (I've printed this loop on two different printers and had a non-insignificant variation in height between the both of them). You'll also want to ensure you don't have any
