PivotCase to RAM Adapter

The PivotCase series of ipad cases are commonly used by Pilots for kneeboard use, but some people also use RAM Mounts, it would be handy to have not only a RAM mount compatible adapter, but also the ability to customize the mount for various offsets.

Recommend 50% Fill for strength. No Raft, No Support, Recommend a skirt. ABS is probably better for this, but I am using PLA
