This DIY weather station gets its data from OpenWeatherMap.com and displays it on the e-paper. To control the waveshare e-Paper i used a Python script on a Raspberry Pi Zero.
Python Code: https://github.com/ElectricSpark94/PiWeatherStation
I designed the housing in Autodesk® Fusion 360.
What you need for the project:
- Raspberry Pi Zero W
- 7.5inch e-Paper (B) with HAT [https://bit.ly/3tc4NAb]
- 5V Power Supply
- Micro USB cable
- M2.5 screws (6mm) and (15mm)
- M2.5 nuts
- M2.5 threaded insert
I hope you like the project.
