Pixel Strip Tile

This is a modular design of tiles to allow an audience to have 48LEDs/m pixel strips underneath them. There was a lot of design/test/modify for this to get the tiles pieces to interlock with minimal post process repair. Some print disks were added to reduce lifting on the edges, that will need to be sliced off. There is also a thin skirt for the female side of the tiles, but that does not need post process trimming, it helps to keep the dirt out of the joints between tiles.

The tiles can come off the printer, small disks removed from the corners, lined up with another tile, and a light tap with the hand should lock them together.

If you have multiple printers, make sure your tolerances are on point, as well as your X and Y sizing or the tiles wont line up with each other.
