This model shows the functionality of a Planetary Gear. Maybe you have to make the holes of the arm a little bit wider, so that the planet gears can turn free.
Its easier to assemble, when you first put two planet gears around the sun gear, add the arm on the top, mount the last planet gear, and then put the ring gear around.
