Planetary gears

Planetary gears are transmission mechanisms composed of a central fixed gear called the "sun," small peripheral gears called "planets" that orbit around the sun, and an outer ring called the "ring gear." The planets are mounted on arms connected to a carrier, enabling orbital movement. The ring gear has teeth that mesh with those of the planets, facilitating power transmission.
