plant / cable binder - easy printing due to the 8 cornered shape
the inner-Ø is about 16mm (bonded with 1.8mm)
to change the size simply scale the height in the slicer - it works well up to 1.5mm
after printing, bring the binders into the final position. unfortunately, PLA becomes porous after some time, so other materials are more suitable. just try it out.

update: rank help to stick on a flat surface (eg door frame). I use adhesive pads (dough), from which I form a small ball and press on.
