Print all parts in the orientation shown to maximize strength of the threaded parts. You will need to finely tune your supports to get the screws to print well. I printed all threaded parts at 100% infill. You may not need to do this, but it worked for me.
The file bottle.stl will print well without supports. The file bottle_round.stl will require internal support for the curved overhang (looks nicer, though).
Sand the inside of the pump with 200 grit paper or higher until the plunger smoothly slides up and down without catching.
Ideally you would use this with a 14mm diameter glass marble, but if you don't have one try printing the marble.stl here (It'll be a tricky print, no doubt).
You'll also need some plumbers tape to seal the joints. Wrap it 2-3 times around each male screw before assembling. I recommend watching the video here for assembly.
