Plastic Picnic Cup

This is a plastic cup that im thinking is great if you need for picnics and such.
PETG is generally foodsafe so i would reccomend printing in that or other foodsafe materials.
The problem with dining from 3d prints is generally that bacteria can hide and survive dishwashes. To battle this i would guess that using a aligned seam (instead of random) would decrease the risk of bactera.
Im kinda split what to do about the resolution... If i increase it, can that help with minimal "groves" and such?
The optimal would probably be to have a super big nozzle and print with big thick plastic lines.
