"Filler blocks" or also called "plastic shims" can be used as a wedge or spacer to align or level your construction work. I use them to level my plasterboards for walls or ceilings.
I recommend creating different thicknesses, just deselect "uniform scaling" in Cura and make the z height a multitude of the layer height.
