This is a rip from the ingame model for Platypet in idle pose from TemTem.

Printed on an Elegoo Mars Resin Printer with 0.5mm layer height, painted with acrylics.
File needs supports (at least with resin) and the printed mini doesn't stand on his own without a base unless you put his tail closer to his body.
