Player dashboard with accessible attack modifiers

Updated the original remixed model to add a shim. After printing the original I realized that it was difficult / impossible to get the last view attack modifiers due to the angle and finger hole size. Now the cards can be slid upwards, and all attack modifiers are accessible.

Including the shim (in case someone printed this and just wants the shim like me) and the full model.
