I needed something for feeding Plecostomus and Otocinclus things like Zucchini, Squash, Kale and Spinach. I wanted something that would keep them from floating, and keep them in one place so I could tell if they were being eaten. The first one I made, was cut from a piece of scrap acrylic, using a 2" hole saw .The center drill bit was 7mm, so I printed the screw and taped the hole to fit. I decided I wanted more, so I designed the disc. This is a simple design, but I have been using it to good effect in my 65 and 120 tank. I printed with ABS at 100% so it would sink. For some foods, that are more buoyant, you might need to add some weight, or wedge it under a rock at first.
