Plicker Spin-the-wheel Frame

One of my professors implemented Plickers in the classroom for mid-lecture quizzes, and I decided to over-engineer a geared frame for mine. The spacers I provided will fit better or worse depending on your printer settings/capability and small positional changes during glueing, as I glued the rods to the handle to make the device sturdy, so pick one set and feel free to print the other if it doesn't quite fit or even cut the spacer according to your needs.
