I have designed this for my Parkside Pliers/ cutters that I bought from lidls but I'm sure this will fit other small pliers. I have also added a hole in the back plate so that it can be screwed, nailed or bolted to a tool holding wall or shadow board. PLease let me know what you think and any improvements that i could add.
