Pliers rack

I designed a simple rack especially for hanging all types of pliers. I drawn this in Autodesk Inventor, source file is attached.
The holes to mount it to the desk has a diameter of 3,5mm, the metal rod hole is 8mm.

I used 3D tool to check every important parameter.
