Pliers Soft Grip (Updated)

As many poeple do, I tighten or loosen objects with my pliers. There are times when I don't want the object to show marks from the pliers grip or "teeth". To soften the pliers grip, I have custom designed removal soft grips that fit over the pliers jaw.

I understand that you can buy pliers with soft grips fitted to the jaw. Here is a way to add that functionality to an existing plier.

The pliers grip needs to be flex and be soft, so I chose and recommend to print the grip in TPU filament.

My print is made in TPU 1.75mm Aurarum black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. No printing rafts supports required.
