It's a little block you can put over NEMA 1-15P unpolarized plugs to keep them from getting battered up when not in use. eg. over a 5V "wall wart" USB charger that you keep knocking around in your backpack, purse, bike bag, etc.
To be honest, I printed this so long ago I can't remember what settings I used. I'm just finally getting around to uploading it months later.
If the fit is too tight (either because of tolerances for the printer or the plugs themselves), then it shouldn't be too difficult to regenerate the design with slightly more generous tolerances. You want a snug press-fit here.
This object was parametrically designed using Python, FreeCAD, and CadQuery, so the [code and yet more documentation is available here](https://github.com/swolebro/caddyshack).
[Here's a perma-link to the code that made these files specifically](https://github.com/swolebro/caddyshack/tree/07c52c9ea65df25ac1e996442a972746c4340195/scripts/electronics). There may have been updates/improvem
