Unscrew the top and install weights for best results. The internal chamber is specifically designed for US pennies and holds 50 cents total but other weights can be used including sand, shot, other coins, washers, etc. Interested to see what everyone uses for weights. The top is necked down so you can wrap up the string. I used 16 feet of TPU filament cut straight from the roll, not printed. Use TPU or other string / rope that is very flexible for best results. Inser thru the top and tie in a knot to hold it in place. It works great and is a fantastic tool for every tool box.
