Plus Plus Block - Fixed Tolerances

This is a remix of nakwada's Plus-Plus block. The original tolerances were too tight which made for excellent clutch that would not let go. I used tinkercad to shave just a little off of the connectors to make them clutch better for 3d printing. Below is the summary from nakwada.
