This is a pneumatic cylinder that can be used for various mechanical functions such as operating a robotic leg or arm, open and close a valve or gate. For the cylinder to work it requires o rings or gaskets to create a seal. For the piston and the end cap seals I used a rubber ring 67mm x 55mm x 5mm. For the shaft of the piston I used 2 O rings A116 3/4" x 15/16" x 3/32". Depending on the availability of seal components you could use O rings on each of the parts requiring a seal. In the slicer you can scale the printed parts to work with the seals you have available to you. The Assembled size of the cylinder as presented is 75mm x 170mm with the piston fully extended and 75mm x 130mm With the piston compressed into the cylinder. I printed this in PETG on my Kobra 3 Max Combo. The nozzle temp was 250 and the bed temp 75. This is a low pressure cylinder so 10 - 15psi should be sufficient to operate the cylinder. The end caps I planned on attaching by gluing or using a 3D pen to weld them in place. I designed a simple horizontal mounting bracket for the cylinder in the design but how you mount it is dependent on how you will use the cylinder. So you may need to design a different bracket.
