Pneumatic forging hammer can be operated by only one person. By pushing down the foot pedal the pneumatic piston starts moving up and down. The air between the ram and the piston gives the ram a damped movement. In order to control the force of the ram, the air volume in the upper and lower chamber can be changed at the same time.
