Pneumatic pressure limiting valve

If you have double acting airbrush and ordinary compressor - once the main valve is released, the compressor starts to jump, just because it can't pump - there is no way for the air.
I failed to find simple pressure reducing/limiting valve, so I have to design one by myself.
You'll need:
1. M3x20 DIN912 screw
2. M3 Nylock Nut - to fix the bolt in the top part
3. M3 Nut
4. A spring from the ball pen (any will go)
5. M5 nylock nut - it is used like sealing
6. Steel ball ~4.5-5mm. I used one from 6002 bearing (4.76mm).
After assembly - you can fine tune the pressure applied to the ball by the spring, rotating the M3 screw and through this you can adjust the pressure limit in the line.


Если у Вас аэрограф двойного действия и обычный компрессор - то при отпускании кнопки клапан закрывается и компрессор может начать прыгать, т.к. качает он в упор.
Найти готовый предохранительный клапан мне не удалось за разумные деньги, в требуемых габаритах и цене. Пришлось сделать самому.
