MembershipPocket Butterfly - Mini Cardboard CutterThis little project started with a community request!“Can you design a tiny butterfly knife mainly for opening cardboard boxes?”So I challenged myself with one question 💭How small can a 3D-printed ‘knife’ be while still cutting cardboard?🤔 🔪 FunctionThe Pocket Butterfly has a serrated edge, allowing it to saw through cardboard. To be honest…It works… but only “okay.”Because the blade is so small, your available push & pull motion is limited.→ There are definitely better tools for opening packages 😄→ But for what it is, it’s surprisingly capable and pretty fun! ⚙️ Assembly You need:A small piece of filament (for the hinge pins)Optional: 3×1 mm magnets (CA014) for better closureSteps:Puzzle handles + blade together like shown in the photosPush filament through the hingeCut to lengthOptional: insert magnets (be careful with polarity… once they’re in, they’re not easy to remove!)Attach a keychain → Done ✅ <figure class="ima
