I was working on something else and then I stumbled on this Cool Fishing Idea, The pocket Fishing Ring is Small, Handy, and just Fun ;)

M3 x 40mm L (spool)
M3 x 16mm L (handle)
M3 Lock Hex Nut (lock)
3mm ID x 6mm OD O-Ring (spool)
