PoE Access Panel (ESPHome, Face Recognition)

This is a custom-designed, highly water-resistant outdoor access panel for Smart Home systems (running on ESPHome). It features 3D face recognition, hand vein recognition, a fingerprint sensor, and 5 physical buttons, all powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet) for maximum reliability. I designed this because I needed a fast and secure way to open my patio door when arriving by bike. It triggers facial recognition via motion detection and is significantly faster than commercial alternatives like the SwitchBot Keypad Vision! Features of the 3D Model: Sliding Mechanism: The enclosure consists of two main parts that slide into each other. This allows for easy removal and maintenance while keeping the internal electronics safe from rain. Microscope Slide Glass: The window for the AI Vision Sensor is designed to perfectly fit a standard microscope slide (cheap, scratch-resistant, and crystal clear).
