Pointless Passthrough Hexagon - Mk3

Even More Pointless!   Here we have the Pointless Passthrough Hexagon - Mk 3 This has been specifically designed to be tougher with no pointy parts making its much safer and difficult to break.   The Large Version a similar size to the previous design approximately: 90mmx80mmx90mm   The medium is 75% scale and the small is 50% scale but i've modified the model to maintain clearances for theses smaller versions.   Let me know if you experience any issues.   Printing   0.20mm layer height is a compromise between smoothness and speed. To give a smoother feel straight from printing reduce the layer height   Gyroid Infill helps ensure the print is strong.   Once printed let the build plate cool before trying to remove.     My Work Thank you to everyone who has and is supporting me in my design work, when my 8-5 engineering job ended a year ago i never expected to be able to design almost full time, and its all thanks to you!
