These are bumpers for top loaders, commonly used to sleeve Pokémon cards. From what I find they work on your typical plastic top loader, not to be confused with a graded slab. The bumpers print in one part on the bed so that one side is textured by the plate and the other smoothed, with a slit at the top for the card to slide into. To prevent dust, I recommend sliding the top loader in with the open side facing the closed end of the bumper.
