poland cookie cutter

changes:

- remove the two peninsulas
- enlarge the hole in the center
- make the border thinner

Especially the thin border is important, as it should cut the dough instead of just squishing it.

This is still a bit rough, the thickness changes. My CAD program is bad at STL editing...
