This adapter will turn your cheap finder scope into polar alignment scope for Celestron CG-5 mount. I used 10$ Seben 5x24 [http://tiny.cc/7ofaly] finder scope purchased from ebay for this project.
Remark: I made a 1,5 cm shorter print of this adapter because I couldn't print 15cm in height with my current printer setup.. I applied one layer of blue tape to fit scope tighter and glue it to adapter.
