Polysher Stand Remix

Added bumps on bottom plate.
I found myself using the stand created by rcaslis so much that I wanted to combine items that hang and items that don't hang and polish them at the same time. I also removed the drain holes. I noticed that the alcohol in the reservoir was turning a little gooey when I let the alcohol run from the printed parts drain back in. I don't know if this is bad for the nebulizer or not, but I wanted to be safe.
