Pontoon Rail System - Cleat

Cleat attachment for a 1.25" Pontoon Boat railing. I typically use this to hang a trash bag but it could also be useful for securing gear, a fish stringer, or basket line. Please note that this is a small plastic cleat and is for light loads only; I would not recommend this be used for dock line or towing inflatables.
