Pool noodle sword handle

This is a handle to slide onto a 1/2" PVC pipe. The handle can be glued on with PVC/ABS glue as the gap is small and PLA is compatible enough with the solvents in PVC/ABS glue.

I had to hunt around, but I found pool noodles that were a good fit on the PVC pipe. I glued the noodle in place with some acrylic caulking.

If you want to test the fit, stop the print a centimeter or so above the guard to make sure the pvc pipe fits inside the handle.
