Pool Noodle Swords

These pool-noodle-based foam swords are meant for fun, harmless sparring, good for kids and Nerf battles. Two swords can be made from one 48" 3-inch dia. pool noodle, cut in half, and four printed handle pieces (each handle is made of two lengthwise-printed pieces to avoid layer separation when printed vertically). The handle pieces are glued together with CA glue, and the pool noodle sticks onto the handle by friction fit. The swords make a very satisfying "thwack" sound when you hit something/someone, but the hollow pool noodle core makes it so that it doesn't hurt at all.
