At Work we use a Mariner 3S ClubLiner Pool Robot to clean the Swimmingpool.
The Robot works great, but cleaning the Robot's Filters afterwards was always a mess, so i searched for a better way.
Its just a Piece of 16mm Plastic Conduit (EAN 4013960179804) with a Pipe coupling, three customized Airsoft Plastic Ball Bearings ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1799757 ) glued to the conduit, a thin Tip-Bearing glued on Top and a 16mm Mountable Stand - all mounted inside a big Bucket.
With the Filter stacked on top of the Conduit, i use a Garden Hose with a adjustable Nozzle to clean the Filter and let it rotate in the Water spray. I also made a hole in the Bucket to let the water out.
When the Filter spins it works like a Centrifuge and the Dirt, Sand and Hairs flies away, leaving a clean Filter. The Conduit can be easily removed from the Bucket for cleaning.
Works great and shold be (mostly) rustproof :-)
