Pool wall hook basket holder

For an above ground pool, this clips onto the edge of the pool without damaging the vinyl cover. The basket hangs outside the pool.

The design is for a pool wall that has a metal sleeve that goes over the top lip of the pool, and then this is typically covered by a wide plastic cover.

The basket it was made for came from Dollar Tree, but it could be a good start for some other basket.
