I remodeled the whole door in Fusion 360 to include a bottom lip to catch the X1 poop chute door so the door stays in place, I also extended a small lip to provide a more clean way for filament to reach the door and not get trapped by the lip. I know it sounds confusing, but take a look at the screenshots and you will see what I mean. I found this to work alot better. The pictured model was printed in ASA on a Bambu textured plate.
