Popup Gazebo Hinge

I designed this to replace the existing hinge that my 2.4m x 2.4m Gazebo has.

It got left up in high winds and broke, several hinges were all broken.

I designed and made this and fully tested on my Gazebo which I brought from Argos. Works perfectly!

I printed in PLA, but need to try it in PETG/ABS.

If printed upwards, support only needed for holes.

This current version is fully threaded to replicate the origional.

You will need 2x M5 Bolts (DIN 965) at 20mm.

**UPDATE**
I have also made a version where you can use a nut - as it will add more stability and less risk of the screws being pulled out the thread.
