Portable AC Window Adapter Plate

Update 6/24/21: Made a small mistake on the dimensions for one of the inside lips. The old design was about half a millimeter too small. Fixed this, and also made model walls slightly thinner to match the original piece.

Small plate to fill in the middle gap from using the extender on the LG portable AC window adapter. This is meant to go over the extender bracket and be screwed in. I used counter-sunk screws for mine in order for it to sit flush against the inside of the window.

Printed in PETG, but ABS should work well too. PLA should work, though if it's a sunny window, it will likely get too hot and may deform a little.

Recommend adding a little bit of weatherstripping along the whole baffle to further improve the efficiency of these portable AC units (they lose a lot of efficiency just due to imperfect heat removal / air gaps).
